Foundations Class Schedule (For New Members & Trials):
Important – All 12 foundations classes must be completed before joining our crossfit classes as shown below or any 6 of the 12 foundations classes before joining our boot camp classes also as shown below.
(See the scheduled days & times below.)
Note: Each class is one hour. You do NOT need to take your foundations classes in order.
Mon, Wed: 1:30pm and 8:30pm
Tues, Thurs: 8:30pm
Fri: 1:30pm and 7:30pm
Week 1: Foundations 1 (M, T), 2 (W, Th) and 3 (F, Sat)
Week 2: Foundations 4 (M, T), 5 (W, Th) and 6 (F, Sat)
Week 3: Foundations 7 (M, T), 8 (W, Th) and 9 (F, Sat)
Week 4: Foundations 10 (M, T), 11 (W, Th) and 12 (F, Sat)
CrossFit Class Schedule
After you finish the 12 foundation classes you can attend at any of the following times
with all sessions being one hour.
Mon-Fri: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 11:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm (except Fridays)
Sat: 9:30am and 11am
Boot Camp Class Schedule
You have access to any class time and thus aren't restricted to just one class time once any 6 of the 12 Foundations classes are completed. Each class is one hour in length.
Mon, Wed, Fri: 6am or 7am (alternates each week)
Tues, Thurs: 6am or 7am (alternates each week) AND 6:30pm
