Tyron is the owner of The Maker's Body Personal Training and Boot Camp and is a Registered Kinesiologist through the University of British Columbia (Canada) with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics and a corrective exercise specialist through the C.H.E.K Institute in San Diego, CA.

James Irwin, BA, NSCA

James recognizes that each person has a different reason for training and a different definition of fitness. James believes his job is to create real world fitness, not just the look of fitness. Strength, stamina and power are the pillars constructed and built upon in every workout. Recognizing the time constraints in people's lives, James uses training methods that are designed to be simple, yet effective, allowing his clients to achieve their fitness goals and learn while they train. His experience in competition and sport guides his motivation to find and encourage the athlete in everyone.

Robin Ivings, CPT, CSEP, BCRPA

Robin brings passion, persistence and a wealth of knowledge to her training techniques. As a versatile personal trainer, she can tailor motivational techniques to meet your individual requirements. Under Robin’s guidance, you will develop muscle strength, lose weight and increase your mind-body awareness. Robin’s expertise is built on years of experience in several areas of fitness: including individual sport training, weight loss, traditional, and contemporary weight training. With this knowledge Robin will provide effective exercises for your desired results.

Robin participates in a variety of individual sports; some of these include skating, snowshoeing, snowboarding, indoor rock climbing and biking.
On a day to day basis Robin enjoys contemporary weight training, jogging and hiking

Doug is a huge believer that making changes in your physical aspect of life, leads to improvements in all other aspects adding up to a better overall lifestyle. With strong roots of healthy living embedded into him at a young age from a supportive and healthy family, he wants to share his passion and motivate others to do the same. No matter what the goals are, breaking them down into baby steps is a sure way to make you get the health and body you want. Doug wants to help people view living healthy as a lifestyle choice and not a choir. With high energy and a positive outlook on life, he is looking forward to the opportunities to helping people achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
