What is Boot Camp?
It's our original strength and conditioning program and is similar to our CrossFit program however with less emphasis on barbells, minimal to no max effort lifts, etc. The classes will incorporate the TRX, sledgehammers, sandbags, stability balls, battling ropes, tires, etc. and then just like our CrossFit classes, you will run, use your bodyweight, jump boxes, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and rowing machines.
The classes will run as such: a warm up, a conditioning workout and a cool down.
Boot Camp Class Schedule
M, W, F: 6am or 7am (alternates each week)
T, Th: 6am or 7am and 6pm (alternates each week)
It will run on a two-week rotation so one week the 6am class (M,W,F) and 7am class (T,Th) will be boot camp and the 7am class (M,W,F) and 6am class (T,Th) will be crossfit and the next week it'll flip. The 6pm class (T,Th) will always remain the boot camp class each week.
