“Hi my name's Candice and I've been working with Tyron [Personal Trainer - North Vancouver] for 6 weeks. When I first contacted Tyron about becoming my personal trainer I had some very specific goals as to what I wanted to accomplish in my time with him. In the last 6 weeks I've pretty much gotten to about one-fifth of way to my weight goal and I think that is really cool. I've been trying to lose weight for a really long time and not getting a lot of results and when I spoke with Tyron about it, he put on a weight loss plan of exercise and nutrition/diet and within the 6 weeks I've lost 17 pounds[now 27 pounds down in 8 months]. That to me is amazing. I had told Tyron in the beginning that I needed somebody that will push me beyond my comfort zone and that is exactly what he is doing. Sometimes I don't like it, but its working because I've lost 17 pounds. What I like most about working with him is that he's really encouraging when I don't want to what he wants me to do, he encourages which I think works for me. Obviously it is because I'm getting the results so far. So it's a lot of work, I won't lie but its good work as much as my body doesn't like it sometimes, I will love it in the end. Yeah so I really would recommend him if you want to try it, give him a call.”
