What do you mean by “boot camp”?
Resurrect Your Body Boot Camp is not one of those military-style boot camps that new recruits endure when they join the army. In fact, we aren’t military style at all! We use the word boot camp, because that’s the word that everyone recognizes — when in fact we are simply the motivation, the camaraderie, the accountability, and the results of a boot camp but without the screaming and yelling. Also, when we refer to “boot camps”, we mean high physical intensity and group training. What we don’t mean is being aggressive or demeaning in any way. We will push you, but never through intimidation. As we get to know our clients, we learn what type of encouragement each individual prefers and try our best to cater to that. For some, that may be a pat on the shoulder, for others that may mean a little tough love ;). Our group personal training classes are 45-minutes of the most effective strength and cardio combinations possible — in fact we use interval-type training that is scientifically proven to be the most effective type of exercise for losing body fat and building long, lean muscle mass.
I have never worked out before and/or I have injuries and/or I am extremely overweight. Can I still join this boot camp?
Certainly! Resurrect Your Body Boot Camp specializes in providing challenging workouts for people at any level…at the same time. We can have a 65 year old with arthritic joints and a 25 year old with 10% body fat working out in the same group and both be challenged at their own level. You can be underweight, overweight, or obese, had surgery, etc., it doesn't matter as long as your doctor has OK you to exercise, you can register.
One of the main reasons we differ from other fitness boot camps out there is that we cater to the individual and don’t just have one set workout for everyone. Instead we show modifications, progressions, regressions, and low and high impact options so that every single person can work out to his or her own fitness level. In fact, all of our classes use the "No one feels left behind" boot camp formula. We know that all of our boot campers are at different fitness levels and different points in their long-term goals. That is why we cater every workout -- every single exercise to the INDIVIDUAL. We assure you that NO ONE is left behind. We guarantee it!
How long is each session? How many sessions are there per week?
Each session lasts 45 minutes. We approximately have 5 minutes of warm up, 35 minutes of cardio resistance training and 5 minutes of stretching at the end. We hold three sessions per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at both locations: one at 11:45am and the other at 7:15pm.
What are the locations and times of Boot Camp?
As soon as you register you will have access to any and all of our boot camp classes. We have 6 classes each week, two locations, and currently two timeslots for you to choose from. We know that life isn’t always predictable, and that is why you don’t have to commit to any one timeslot. When I say full access, you can go to the 11:45am class one day, and the 7:15pm class the next — you can go whenever you want.

There is a potential for a 6am camp. If you are interested in either of the current camp times or a class earlier at 6am for instance, please let me know at ResurrectYourBodyBootCamp@gmail.com.
Plus, in case you miss a class you can come at no extra cost a following week to make it up. If you want to get in an extra workout during the week just pay the drop-in rate and come on out. Note: if you sign up for the Rapid Results Program you will be able to come to as many workouts per week as you want.
Why can’t I just cut my calories and do some cardio?
The ONLY way to lose body fat, increase your metabolism, and avoid those dreaded plateaus is to do some sort of resistance or weight training. Don’t worry ladies, it’s a myth that lifting weights will cause you to get big and bulky. Adding lean muscle and losing body fat is the only way to achieve lasting fat loss. Muscle is more metabolically active than fat! Not to mention that muscle takes up a heck of a lot less room on your body. It's about 2-3X smaller than fat and more dense therefore lets say you lose 5 pounds of fat and gain 5 pounds of muscle, in turn you'll look like you lost 10-20 pounds!
Sure, cardio exercise burns calories, but it is not enough stimuli to gain muscle. You actually lose muscle if you just do cardio and SLOW DOWN your metabolism. That’s why it is so easy to gain back the weight after you get off your “diet and exercise” program. Most programs KILL your metabolism.
At Resurrect Your Body Boot Camp, we combine interval-based resistance training and interval-based cardio (which is proven to be more effective for fat loss and efficient for your time than long, slow distance cardio) for the ultimate formula for burning body fat AND raising your metabolism. What exactly does a typical boot camp class look like? What do you do?
A typical boot camp session combines strength, cardio, flexibility, stability, and core exercise all in one 45-minute session. We use the “magic formula” of high intensity resistance training and high intensity cardio intervals. This is what the latest research and science tells us is the most effective and efficient way to work out for fat loss. In any given day we may use light dumbbells, balls, bands, gliding discs, or your own bodyweight. The class is never the same and you may also find theme-days such team challenges or partner workouts to constantly keep your body guessing and prevent you from getting bored. It’s so important that you enjoy working out, or let’s face it, you will do anything to avoid it.
Do you offer referral discounts?
Absolutely! For EACH referral you bring you'll receive $25 whether they sign up or not and for EACH one of those that signs up, you'll receive an additional $25! There is no limit to how many people you can bring. Four referrals, for instance, will provide you with $200!
Will I learn about nutrition?
Any good fitness professional knows that true fitness is achieved by not only great workouts, but also great nutrition. We here at Resurrect Your Body Boot Camp we know that all too well as we have had our nutrition system help boot camp clients achieve MUCH better results when they implement the nutrition system with the workouts as opposed to just the workouts on their own. Included in your membership, you get access to the Unstoppable Fat Loss Formula nutrition program, done-for-you meal planners and all the support you need to get your food in order.
What do I bring to the camp?
You will need:
1. Lots of energy
2. A full water bottle
3. A sweat towel
4. An exercise/yoga mat
5. A set of dumbbells. For women I recommend purchasing two 10 or 12 pound dumbbells (no less than 8 pounds) and for men two 12, 15, or 20 pound dumbbells. Purchase from Walmart as they have the best rates. Can also try Canadian Tire if they are out.

Why shouldn’t I just go join a gym for 20-80 dollars per month? Wouldn’t that do the trick?

What is your refund policy?
Each member must give notice of cancellation by email to ResurrectYourBodyBootCamp@gmail.com at least 5 business days prior to their next debit date which would be 23 days after their last debit date as each debit date occurs every 28 days otherwise there will be a $15 charge. If it is within your first 30 days, you will receive a full refund as you are backed by our 30 day money back guarantee. If it is after a payment has processed and it is not within your first 30 days, we can only credit you for a future boot camp. The credit is non-transferable. There are no exceptions.
What do I wear to the boot camps?
Wear comfortable, soft, breathable materials. Please do not wear anything too baggy, as it will make it more difficult for me to see and correct your body movements. Also wear sneakers with good support, laces (not velcro) and soles that are low to the ground (no platform-like soles).
Who will be coaching me?
Your coach will be primarily Tyron Piteau, BHK, RK, CHEK Practitioner Level II, the owner of The Maker's Body Personal Training and Boot Camp.

You have unlimited phone and email access to us from 9am-8pm Monday-Saturday. If you haven’t signed up for your free trial or boot camp yet and you have a question: all you have to do is email or call us. You can expect a fast and full response and we will take our time to make sure that your questions are completely answered.
If you’ve already purchased your membership and you have a question or problem no a problem, all you have to do is email me or call us.
