You will be joining our Foundations classes for your deal. In Foundations you’ll learn key CrossFit Foundational exercises and how to perform them properly and safely.
In each class you attend, after teaching proper form and technique on the select exercises for that class as well as how to modify/scale the exercises if necessary, you will do a CrossFit workout with those exercises in it to try them in a workout setting and to see if you too enjoy CrossFit as much as most people do.
Foundations Class Schedule
We recommend you attend 3 classes per week.
The regular weekly “Foundations Class” times for you to pick from are:
- Monday, Wednesday @ 1:30pm and 8:30pm
- Friday @ 1:30pm and 7:30pm
