3 Steps To Get Started at The Maker’s Body CrossFit
Step 1 – Book Your FREE Week to Try Out CrossFit!

Step 2 – Complete The 9 Foundations Classes (6 for access to only Boot Camp)
In Foundations You’ll Lean All the Main Movements Required to Attend The CrossFit Classes
In these 9 sessions you will learn the basics of CrossFit, what it’s all about and why it works so well. Throughout the 9 Foundations classes you’ll learn all the main movements we do in class. You’ll get extra attention and instruction from our coaches as well as experience a CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day) so with each class you can try out what you just learned.
Each workout can be fully customizable and modifiable (scalable) to your fitness, flexibility, conditioning and strength level. Everything is self-paced.
The Foundations classes are run like our regular classes. You will get detailed instruction on proper form and technique so your transition into our CrossFit and Boot Camp classes will be smooth and safe. With these classes behind you, you’ll get the most out of each class you attend and you’ll enjoy them even more.
You can chose to either complete this program in a group (schedule detailed below) or privately (if the group schedule doesn’t work for you). There are 3 Foundations classes per week so it takes only 3 weeks to complete all 9 Foundations classes.
Note: To help fit your schedule, or if you miss one, you DO NOT have to take them in order, i.e., you can do Foundations #7 before Foundations #1 for instance.
Each class is one hour in length.
The cost for these classes is your first month of whichever one of our 3 memberships you choose as detailed under the “Fees” tab above.
Note: If you miss one or more of the 9 Foundations classes, you will have to wait until the class(es) you missed comes up again in the rotation (once every 3 weeks) or pay for a private Foundations session, as detailed below, to get it completed.
9 Group Foundations Classes (60 min each, 10 people max per class)
Mon, Wed: 1:30pm and 8:30pm
Fri: 1:30pm and 7:30pm
Week 1: Foundations 1 (Mon), 2 (Wed) and 3 (Fri)
Week 2: Foundations 4 (Mon), 5 (Wed) and 6 (Fri)
Week 3: Foundations 7 (Mon), 8 (Wed) and 9 (Fri)
Week 4: Foundations 10 (Mon), 11 (Wed) and 12 (Fri)

Note: You must complete all 9 sessions before gaining access to our CrossFit and Boot Camp classes. If you want access to only our Boot Camp classes then you need to only complete any 6 of the 9 Foundations classes.
The cost is $65 plus tax per session ($50 plus tax each if doing it with a friend).

Step 3 – Join Our Regular CrossFit and Boot Camp Classes
Join our regular classes with one of our 3 membership options as detailed in the “Fees” tab above or continue with personal training also as detailed in the “Fees” tab above.
All of our WODs (Workout Of the Day) are scaled and modified to your fitness level and ability and are performed at the intensity that you feel comfortable with and can sustain with good form and proper technique. Everything is self-paced.
