"Hi my name is Angie and I've been attending boot camp for almost 8 weeks now. Woohoo! Now the main reason I joined is because I have type 2 diabetes. Before the program I went for a blood test so I could experiment and see where my sugar level is.
Yesterday I went to the doctor for the first time she saw me she said 'Angie you lost so much weight' and I told her I was coming to boot camp and now she said my A1C is so good, it went down to 5.8 so I don't need to take my meds anymore for that.
I praise God for that. So far I've lost 10 pounds, 3% body fat, down 1-2 clothing sizes, lost 4 inches and best thing my diabetes is gone! So I praise God for this and thank The Maker's Body for allowing me to do this boot camp again. "I joined the North Vancouver Resurrect Your Body Boot Camp with a goal of being able to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans, something I hadn't been able to do for over 2 years.
I went three days a week and over the course of two boot camps (8 weeks) not only was I able to fit into my pre-pregancy jeans, but I had muscle tone and strength again. It was the kick in the pants that I needed to help me get to a point where I could run again.

I Really Like It Here

It's also my first time to Vancouver. I really like it here and I've had a really good time training with The Maker's Body team so I hope that this video will help whoever watches it but as you can see I just finished my workout so I feel good, I feel really, really tired but I feel good.
I really like having a trainer like I said, I've never had one before and I'm probably going to do this for the rest of my life 'cause it’s been the better workout then when I've worked out at the gym on my own.
