"I started training with Tyron in June 2007. Before which I was feeling low in energy, bored with my workouts, had gained weight and was feeling flabby, sloppy, and lethargic. Summer was upon us and I wanted ME back! I was definitely not feeling good about how I looked and thus was out of my comfort zone. I have always been athletic my entire life so it was time to get serious and achieve some fast, positive results.
After working with Tyron I feel perky, fit, fun, sexy, energetic - essentially the old self had returned! I'm able to run and not be afraid of hills. I feel strong, toned, and great in my bikini. Dressing now is more fun as things just fit better.
A few things I've noticed:
-Lost 7 lbs -Went from size 6 to 4 -Lost inches in my arms, thighs, and butt.
-Developed defined abs and a flat tummy.

"Hi my name is Dorian Loewen and I'm a mother of 2 teenage boys and I had been exercising for three years and hoping to lose body fat and tone and build muscle but my program wasn't really doing it for me. I was getting bored and discouraged and not seeing any results and then I heard about Tyron's Boot Camp and thought 'What have I got to lose?'

"I'd been talking about starting a training program for a long time, but like most people, I kept talking about it, but never did anything about it. I had no idea where to start, until a coworker of mine mentioned a flyer she'd seen about Boot Camp. It seemed like a good opportunity, if nothing else, to learn some new techniques that would me help feel healthier and by this point I figured I had nothing to lose, except those few inches and pounds I'd been grumbling about. It only took a few sessions before I started to notice a difference. By the time I'd finished two and a half months, I was feeling great and had lost 12lbs (2 dress sizes!). "Starting Bootcamp on June 19 '07, I was challenging myself to see and feel some good results. I took a before picture and weighed myself just for fun. Not even two full weeks into the camp and I've lost 15lbs. It is now Aug 10 '07 I've completed 7 weeks of Bootcamp and have lost a total of 20lbs and gone down 2 sizes in my clothes.
