What is Boot Camp?
This is our original strength and conditioning program and is similar to our CrossFit program however with less emphasis on barbells, minimal to no max effort lifts, etc.
Boot Camp classes all start with a warm up, move into a conditioning workout and end with a cool down.
In Boot Camp Classes You Will Use:
- The TRX
- Stability balls
- Battling ropes
- Medicine balls
- Rowing machines, etc.
Boot Camp Class Schedule
Monday, Wednesday & Fri: 6am or 7am (alternates each week)
Tuesday & Thursday: 6am or 7am (alternates each week) AND 6:30pm
It will run on a two-week rotation so one week the 6am class (on M,W,F) and 7am class (on T,Th) will be Boot Camp and the 7am class (on M,W,F) and 6am class (on T,Th) will be CrossFit and the next week it’ll flip. The 6pm class (on T,Th) will always remain the Boot Camp class each week.
Boot Camp FAQs
Q -Do I need to be fit to participate?
Nope. All workouts (CrossFit included) are customized to meet your fitness and skill level so we’ll start with you where you are at and help you build up your fitness.
Q – Can I come out for a free week to try it out?

Q -Do I need to do the Foundations Program to join the Boot Camp classes?
Yes, however just any 6 of the 12 Foundations classes are required.
Q -If I am a Boot Camp member can I attend the CrossFit classes as well?
No. Since you have already completed any 6 of the 12 Foundations classes, to now gain access to the CrossFit classes, you will need to complete the other 6 Foundations classes you are missing either through our group Foundations class times or privately whenever works best in your schedule.
Q -If I am a CrossFit member can I attend the Boot Camp classes as well?
Yes you can.
Q -Will there be a lot of weightlifting in the Boot Camp Classes?
No specific heavy weightlifting movements like the Clean and Jerk or Snatch. There will be some barbell work, but minimal max effort lifting.
